Refund & Cancellation Policy


None of the products can be returned or exchanged for any reason and products once sold are not liable for returns or exchange. Exception to this rule is that, when goods are either damaged in transit or wrong product sent or lost in transit, we will replace them with a new product as early as possible.

Any damage to the shipment should be brought to our notice immediately (maximum 1 day) with photo images for us to take it up with the courier company. If the shipment is totally damaged, customers are advised to reject/return the shipment.

We don't offer refunds to our customers, unless specifically agreed upon in writing over email only. In case of damaged in transit, wrong products sent or lost in transit, we accept our liability to the extent of replacement of the product only. In case of acceptance of cancellation of any order via email, the refund shall be made after deduction of 15% of order total as cancellation charges.

Late or missing refunds-

Once, your refund has been initiated, the same will be communicated to you through email. Kindly wait for 7-10 working days for your refund to be reflected.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items-

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Any communication by the buyer with the logistics partner directly outside the purview of the website, including but not limited to, delay in delivery, deliver at a different address, shall not held the company liable for any loss.

Empties Policy-

We do have a policy wherein we accept full sized empties of the products. Please note that we reuse the empties sent by you, and by using this site, you confirm to us about your acceptance of receiving your products in the such empties, while we take proper care of sanitizing the product empties. We offer a coupon of Rs 70/- on sending us only full sized empties of 5 products. While we accept smaller sized empties, we can not assure you the amount of reward against same. The shipping charges shall be borne by the sender and company has no obligation to refund the same. The coupon will be issued to you after receiving and inspection of the empties sent by you and only good quality empties will be accepted for reward. The right to accept/reject the empties lies with us. You are liable to send us the empty bottles after washing and drying them, and packing them properly. We do not accept any liability of loss or damage in transit.
